How to Install:  Inside the shell, there are screw mounts (brass) which need to be separated into ceiling and floor fittings. Screw one brass mount to the ceiling, then attach the ceiling shell again. By lining up the position using the rod, the second brass mount is then screwed to the floor. Do not reattach the chrome cap. Cut the rod to the correct measurement size and ensure the screw thread (male) is on the length being used. Using its screw thread (male), screw the rod into the hole of the ceiling fitting which has a screw thread inside. Insert the other end of the rod through the floor fitting’s chrome cap. Then to its screw mount, reattach it.
